Where we ship

We ship across Australia and internationally, to over 30 countries.

Processing and delivery

Every piece is made to order, so it is produced after you place your order rather than pulled off a shelf. Please allow 6 to 10 days from order to delivery. You will receive tracking by email as soon as it ships.

These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Delays over peak periods and at customs do happen and are outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it is going. You will always see the exact cost before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days, email ddtalent3@gmail.com and we will chase it with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully. We can not redirect an order once it has shipped, and orders returned to sender because of an incorrect address will incur a reshipping cost.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you do not have your parcel, check with your neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us within 14 days and we will investigate with the carrier.

Customs and duties

International orders may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.
