This store is operated by Flynn Robert Anderson, ABN 40 484 435 079, trading as Degen Dawggs. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. If we decline, we refund you in full. We may cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where there was a pricing error, or where we suspect fraud.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars unless you switch the store to another currency. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you.

Products

We work hard to show our products accurately. Colours can vary between screens, and because our garments are made to order, small variations in print placement and finish are normal and are not defects.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not see or store your card details.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, photography and text on this site belong to Degen Dawggs and may not be reproduced or sold without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for anything unlawful, and not to interfere with the site's operation or security.

Liability

Nothing here excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
